RATE INCREASE NOTICE: At a recent meeting, the North Peace Regional Landfill Commission decided that a new landfill cell, #3, will be constructed during the spring/summer 2019.

Over the years the NPRL Tipping Fees have remained among the lowest compared to other communities in the Peace Country. However, in order to pay for the $550,000 to $600,000 construction cost, the Commission also decided to raise the Tipping Fees by 20% from $67.40/tonne to $80.88/ tonne effective March 1, 2019. With this increase the NPRL will still be lower than industry standards. If you have any questions please contact Dennis Lang, NPRL Manager at 780-835-2576.
